Completed in 2022, Mercure Pakenham and Mercure Warragul were developed to address the growing demand for high-quality accommodation, conferencing, and dining in Melbourne’s expanding suburban corridors.

Both hotels were designed as modern, purpose-built facilities supporting the needs of nearby business parks and commercial centres. Trēo collaborated closely with Accor to deliver a customised Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment package, providing expert advice on material selection and furniture design.

Every element was selected with a focus on durability, operational efficiency, and ease of maintenance—ensuring the spaces are well-equipped to meet the long-term needs of both guests and hotel operators.
